Come on out and see original choreography made by the Happendance Impulse Student Company members under the mentorship of our Happendance Impulse directors. This performance will take place in the large INstitute studio at Happendance. No tickets are necessary, but donations at the door are appreciated!

Auditions for both grades K-5 and 6-12 groups to join the 2023-2024 Impulse Student Company will take place at the Happendance studios.

This performance will feature the Creative Dance B, Broadway Jazz 1-3, Nevie Worful private lesson, Griffey Micol private lesson, Ballet 6-7, Tap 1-3, Noah Christlieb private lesson, Advanced Choreography/Contemporary, Ballet 2, and Haley Rosendale private lesson classes, plus a finale by Impulse Student Company and Accelerant team. This performance will take place at the Eastern High School Theater.

Dance Lansing is a collaborative summer dance project that brings together local dancers and choreographers to create dance works to be performed live at various performance opportunities throughout the summer. In the past Dance Lansing has performed for venues such as Lansing Pride, Ingham County Fair (Two venues already on the calendar for this summer!), Jazz Fest, and other local events throughout the summer, plus a gala event at LCC.

We're looking for dancers 16+ (No upper age limit!) with any dance background! Whether you've been dancing for 40 years or just started,you'll have plenty of performance and rehearsal opportunities. Because of the collaborative nature of this unique dance company we are also open, if not encouraging, of giving a platform to all styles of dance! From ballet to belly dancing, tap to tango, and everything in between!
